Skylight 14 skyrim mods. One of the many is how rain and snow go through roofs like the one over the forge in riverwood or the one over the entry way to the blue palace. I tried one before but it didn t actualy work. It s like wearing glasses with an animated rain overlay on the lens.

This mod adds new 3d anow in structures un snowy areas as well as improve the snow in several wilderness areas. No snow under the roof no snow under the roof. So the rain doesn t really exist in skyrim s world and this is why it falls through everything. Smim no snow under the roof.

No snow is a bit old and i never bothered installing it because of some comments about bad uv mapping stretching on some meshes. And this manual editing is apparently not a good thing. I was sincerely annoyed to see inworld the snow cumulate under roofs in the vanilla skyrim as well disapointed by the powderlike layer of white that woudl have been snow without a proper tridimensional feel.

Is there a mod where this is fixed. Is there a mod that will stop this. Right apparently this mod may cause horrible icky problems with your skyrim maybe. Skyrim s precipitation is an illusion a flat shader filling the observer s field of view.

Now when shelter is taken real shelter determines the weather type and replaces it with. A successor to other mods like obsidian weathers and aequinoctium this mod will effect snow rain clouds fog light and much more. I m using the climates of tamrial mod if that makes a difference. Taking my skyrim installation with around 250 mods with it.

I had it just the way i liked it too. I have no clue how to mod apart from some basics but apparently the mod author is manually editing areas around skyrim to achieve the effect. It didn t do anything. I would not use it yet and consider it a very early wip.

It really bothers me how when it rains the rain still goes through roofs on porches same with snow. Is there a mod where this is fixed.
